Dear

Your request for correction of the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) Public Health Assessment for Illinois Beach State Park submitted on July 26, 2005 under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines for Ensuring the Quality of Information Disseminated to the Public is still under review. While our goal is to respond within 60 days to such requests, we are unable to do so in this case. We anticipate that a response providing the Agency's views will be forwarded to you by November 23, 2005.

Thank you for your interest in the quality of information disseminated by ATSDR. Should you have any questions, please contact me on 404-498-0003.

Sincerely,
